Good morning,A fatal crash is now a major criminal case in Elk County. A Ridgway man is facing multiple felony charges tied to an alleged DUI in a crash that killed a young passenger. State police say 25-year-old Damian Patterson is charged in connection with the October crash in Ridgway Township that claimed the life of 20-year-old Mason Neureiter. Investigators say Patterson showed signs of alcohol impairment. The case is moving through the courts.In Jefferson County, state police say a Brookville man, 40-year-old Shane Cummings, is facing charges after allegedly making threats during a harassment incident in Rose Township. Troopers say the case remains under investigation.And a Reynoldsville man was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop in McCalmont Township.
